These terms cover anyone who uses Wusora: athletes, parents, coaches and competition organizers. By registering, signing in or using the site, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.
What Wusora is
Wusora is software that organizers use to run competitions. Each competition belongs to its organizer, who sets the events, prices, deadlines, refund policy and rules. Wusora doesn't run the competitions and isn't a party to the agreement between you and the organizer.
Registering
Give accurate information, including the athlete's birth date, because it decides divisions. Athletes under 13 must be registered by a parent or guardian, and for athletes under 18 the injury liability waiver needs a parent or guardian's signature. Whoever registers someone else confirms they have the right to do so.
The injury liability waiver is between you and the organizer. Read it before you sign.
Portal and edit links
Your confirmation email and competitor card carry personal links and a competitor code. Treat them like passwords. Anyone holding a link can open that page. If one leaks, tell the organizer or write to us.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal under their own terms. Prices can include a service fee, shown before you pay. Refunds, transfers and change fees follow the organizer's published policy, and requests go to the organizer.
On the day
Schedules and running orders are estimates and can change on the day. Check in with your code or card. The organizer may refuse entry to an athlete whose payment or paperwork isn't complete.
Results come from the event's judges. Questions and appeals follow the organizer's rules.
Photos and video
Events may be photographed, filmed and streamed. Your choice about this is recorded at registration, as described in the privacy policy.
For organizers
Organizers are responsible for their events, their forms, the accuracy of what they publish, and following the laws that apply to them, including on minors' data. Keep staff sign-ins to the people who need them, and don't use athletes' information for anything unrelated to your events.
Acceptable use
Don't use Wusora to break the law, to access information that isn't yours, to interfere with the site, or to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
We work to keep Wusora accurate and available, but it is provided as is. We aren't responsible for how a competition is run, for injuries at events, or for losses caused by an outage, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, United States.
