Pick how you pay.
Whichever way you pay, the price follows the level of design and functionality you choose, so we can start with what fits now and add more later.
Per use
A small fee per registration, ticket or order. Many organizers pass it on, so nothing is paid up front.
Flat price
One price for the event or the season, whatever the turnout.
A mix
A lower flat price with a smaller per-use fee, for a bit of both.

Pricing depends on the solution you're looking for, and not every function is available in every setup. We'll confirm what's included, and what it costs, before you commit.
Built around you, not a package.
Built around your budget
We start from what you can spend and tell you straight what's feasible: what we can build now, and what could wait for later.
The parts that pay off first
We start with what brings in sign-ups and saves you time, then add the rest as your business grows.
Built the way you work
Your steps, your questions, your pricing rules. We shape it around your workflow, instead of handing you a template to bend around.
Simple or complex, scoped with you
From a simple booking page to a system that runs your whole operation. After a free consultation we give you our best recommendation and a timeline: simpler systems are possible within weeks, larger projects within months.
Switching? We'll aim to beat it
For many kinds of systems we build one around how you work, and aim to come in under what you pay for your current subscriptions or software.

What to tell us.
- What you runAn event, a website, a school, a restaurant or something else, and roughly how many people use it.
- Dates and venueWhen it runs, how many days, and how many rings, rooms or stages.
- What happens on the dayRegistration, check-in, judging, sessions, sales: the parts you run.
- Your must-havesBranding, payments, reports, or the one thing your current tools can't do.
- What you use nowSpreadsheets, forms, another platform, so we can move it over.
Can you build something simple, or something complex?
Both. We build simple systems, like an online booking page or a sign-up form with payments, and complex ones that run your whole operation. Book a free consultation and we'll give you our best recommendation for what you need.
What if our budget is small?
Tell us anyway. We try to make it work, and we'll be straight about what's feasible for that budget: what we can build now, what could wait for later, and whether a per-use fee your customers pay could cover it. If it really isn't feasible, we'll say so.
What support do we get?
A full support team that answers seven days a week. Most change requests are done within a day to a week, depending on their size: a new question on a form is quick, a new workflow takes longer. As your business grows, upgrades come quickly. Support is included in your price.
How long does it take?
It depends on what you're building, so we confirm a timeline with you after a free consultation. It's possible to deliver simpler systems within weeks, and larger projects within months.
Is every feature included?
Not always. Features shown on this site are examples, and some aren't available in every setup. What's included depends on the solution you need, and we confirm it with you before you commit.
How do payments work?
Customers pay by card when they sign up or book, through Stripe or PayPal connected to your own account.
Who can see our customers' data?
Your customers' details stay in your own workspace, and we don't sell personal information or use it for advertising. See our privacy policy.
What happens after we get in touch?
You tell us what you're building on the contact page, which takes about 3 minutes. Then a free 30-minute call at a time you pick. After the call our team works through it together, and you get a mockup, a pricing plan and a timeline, usually within a week of the call, including what's feasible for your budget. You only commit if it works for you.
